Baseball

Well this past Saturday Ben had his coaches meeting for baseball. It was not to long but it just gave him the chance to meet the coach and also see the other kids on his team. We happen to know another parent on the team it turned out so that was nice. Ben is such a shy kid and I know it will take him a while to get talking with the other kids. We are getting him a helmet and a bat for a little incentive. He was suppose to start practice today but since it rained the coach canceled and it will now start next Tuesday. The games will be on Saturdays like they have always been. This year Maddie is also old enough to start t-ball and she is really excited about playing. She wanted to play last year but her birthday was late so she was not old enough yet. She is now four before June and that means she can play. I am excited to see her play for the first time. Ken said he will sign up to coach her team so I am sure she will really like that, however hers does not start for a while yet. I am sure we are going to have a really busy summer with two kids playing summer sports. We really enjoy the family time.
