Preschool

This Friday we have an appointment for a preschool screening for Maddie. I am a little nervous because she has already done two screenings for our local public school and they have not taken her in. They only take her at the public school if the kids have a delay in their learning. Ben was accepted because of his speech but Maddie does not really have any issues. I was told about this preschool from a friend of mine and it is suppose to be a really great program. I love the private school program but since Ben is not going there next year I wanted Maddie to go to a different school as well. If she does not get in because she is too advanced as well she will end up going to the Lutheran school. I am thankful that Ken is leaving work this coming Friday so that I can take her alone to the screening. It would be a little more difficult with Aidan in tow but not impossible. I can now just focus more on Maddie and that makes me happy. I can also check out the place a little more since I have never been in there. I love that it is still close to home and hopefully we will qualify for the free program. I don't think she will start this year but next year. We will have to see.
