Ear Infection

Well today it was an average day but when I went to put Maddie down for nap I heard her crying. I knew that Aidan was already sleeping so I called upstairs to her and asked her what was wrong. She then was telling me that her ear was really hurting her. I then knew that the sickness she had got had given her an ear infection. I went and called the doctor to make an appointment. When we got there it was so fast like usual that I did not even get the paperwork filled out before we were called into the room. Maddie's was weighted and then the doctor was in the room. He sat down and looked at her chart and said wow I have not seen her in a doctors visit since she was two years old. I knew she never really gets sick but I did not know how long it has been since her last visit. It turned out she has an ear infection in one of her ears. I am glad that we got to get her started on her meds right away so that it will not hurt her for very much longer.
