In Charge

Who does not like to be in charge. I think everyone has a preference of taking charge rather than being ordered around. That is why everyone would rather be in management jobs rather than being the regular employee. It also has a much better chance of getting paid a larger amount of money as well as more job security. I know that if something should happen to my husbands job we would be in come real trouble. We really don't have much of a backup plan as of yet. We plan on getting one but for right now we are just saving little by little as our funds allow. I personally have never been in a spot where I was a manager. I was offer a spot now and again but I really did not want the position. I know sometimes that when you are a manager you get caught up in the paycheck and never find a way out of the job. I did not like any of my jobs enough to want that position. I do however wish that Ken would get a management spot at work. I know it would mean more security and that would make me happy as well as him.
