Extra Weight
I was watching Doctor Oz the other day and I realized that he was right about us moms. He said that so many moms after they have babies say that they really want to loose their weight that they gained when they had a baby. We call it baby weight but that is totally not true. Our babies weight left us after we gave birth to them. The extra weight that we still carry around with us is just weight that we over gained when we were pregnant. Weight that never should have been there in the first place. Well since I have started this diet I have actually lost the extra weight that I put on with Aidan. Now I have to work on the extra weight from the other two kids that never came off yet. Its terrible because Ben is five years old and I still have this extra weight because I have chosen to eat bad things and not care like I should have. I have not yet tried to use weight loss pills but I might pair them with my new diet. I have been trying to exercise but along with that I have decided to give up candy and pop for the lent season. I am hoping that this will give me the boost I need to stay off those unhealthy things for good. Ken and I are always drinking soda and I know that it is terrible because you are just drinking so many calories that your body does snot need. You may think that diet pop is a lot better but it still is sugar that turns into fat, so either way its terrible for your health. Hopefully soon I can shed this weight that I hate so much.

Good luck with your weight loss goals. That is so true what you said about baby weight, I have never thought of it as that way before.
